Is Email Extractor legal to use?
Yes. Email Extractor is designed for ethical use. Always comply with local regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and ensure you have consent to contact recipients. The tool does not send emails — it only collects publicly available addresses.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Yes. The software is fully compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). No additional configuration is required.
Can I extract emails from entire websites?
Absolutely. The tool supports recursive crawling, allowing you to extract emails from all internal pages of a domain. You can set depth limits, exclude subdomains, and filter by URL pattern.
What file formats are supported?
You can import from TXT, CSV, DOC, PDF, HTML, and mailbox files (PST, MBOX, EML). Export options include CSV, TXT, and direct clipboard copy. Batch processing is supported for large datasets.
Does it remove duplicates automatically?
Yes. The extractor performs real-time deduplication and format validation to ensure clean results. You can also apply domain filters and exclude disposable or temporary email providers.
Can I filter emails by domain or keyword?

How do I activate the license?
After purchasing, you'll receive a license key via email. Enter it in the “Activation” menu within the app to unlock full access. Activation is instant and does not require internet access.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. Minor updates are free and delivered automatically. Major upgrades are offered at a discounted rate for existing users. You can enable or disable auto-update in the settings.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Each license is valid for one device. For team or multi-device usage, volume licensing is available. Contact support for bulk activation options.
Does it support proxy or VPN?
Yes. You can configure HTTP/SOCKS proxies or use VPN routing. This helps bypass geo-restrictions and avoid IP rate limits during large-scale extraction.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can extract?
No hard limit is imposed. Performance depends on your system resources and network speed. For optimal results, we recommend segmenting large tasks and using the batch mode.
Can I schedule automatic extraction?
Yes. The tool includes a task scheduler that lets you run extraction jobs at specific times or intervals. You can also trigger jobs via CLI for integration with external scripts.
Is technical support available?

Can I customize the output format?
